Where We Were

Our Managing Director Mohammed Adnan Imam a Chartered Certified Accountant from London who held Senior Finance Roles With Merrill Lynch Europe Plc, Harvey Nash Plc etc, has been involved in UK Property Business since 1998 expanded the Real Estate Business naming it AWR Developments Ltd., A registered company limited by shares in England.This Property Business to date has a remarkable success.

As a part of developing growth strategy, Mr. Adnan Imam felt there are huge scope for Real Estate Development of varied nature from Residential Apartment Projects, Land Development Projects, Commercial Projects, Township Developments etc. in Bangladesh. The reason behind it was the Growth and Demand-Supply Gap and the increasing trend due to density of population. Along with the above, Bangladesh provides a virgin platform to implement Modern Construction Technology Solutions ultimately resulting in providing quality housing to the mass population at realistic prices. As a result in 2008 AWR entered into Bangladesh, appointed the highly skilled & professionals to establish AWR Developments (BD) Limited to run,earn and perform Social Responsibility simultaneously. Another key Objective was to bridge the NICHE Market for Non Residential Bangladeshis (NRB) in Europe, Middle East and USA as a true overseas presence that can add value in all respect.
