There are a number of financial institutions who provide house building/purchase loans. We have a very good associate-ship and they can provide loans on our development. A customer /client can contact them directly where we can extend all our support to obtain the facility. We generally provide all the documents in advance to the financier so that they can verify in advance and hence reduce the borrowing time. Loans are sanctioned by the financial institution at their own on merit basis i.e. based on the credibility of the applicant. Terms and conditions are set by them. We can only help to expedite the process. A few mortgage providers names and contact details are given below for easy reference.

Building Materials :

• Mosaic/Tiling : Best quality mosaic chips or tiles are used for AWR’s projects.
• Rod: Grade 60 reinforcing bar manufactured from imported billet is used for AWR projects.
• Cement: Best quality cement is used for all the projects.
• Bricks: A high quality gas burnt bricks produced in automated machines are used which are uniform in size, colour and strength. It also proved to be weather resistant and environment friendly.
• Kitchen and Bathroom: High quality granite, Ceramic tiles are usually used for floors and walls. In all bath and kitchen best quality sanitary wares and fittings are used.
• Doors: Entrance doors are made from decorative solid teak. Internal doors are of strong and durable veneer French polish flash door.
• Electrical Fittings: Best quality electrical fittings, distribution boards etc. are used to secure high level durability, and security.

After Sales Service:

• Preparation of Bye Laws and formation of Apartment Owners Association.
• Recruitment and training of Association Staffs.
• Development of bill collection and paying system.
• 6 (six) months free repair & maintenance of technical problems.
